In other to encourage participation, the Moot Court Association had taken the initiative to provide aid to those who were keen on participating in the XI NOVICE   MOOT COURT COMPETITION, 2023, yet did not have a proper team composition by releasing an individual form for their requirements.   Greetings from the Moot Court Association!! The Moot Court Association is delighted to announce that we are extending our sub-committee of Media and Design. We aim to select a committed batch of enthusiastic and active people on social media platforms. The candidates shall be ready to devote their time and attention specifically to MCA. It will be preferable if the students have their own cameras. The selection procedure shall be based on the preliminary interviews of the candidates. Interested candidates shall fill out the google form provided below: REGISTRATION FORM Eligibility criteria - 1. Must not have been subjected to any disciplinary actions. 2. Mooting is an exhilarating experience, that makes us all channel our inner advocates. Mooting is the only means that lets a law student experience the mannerisms, ethics, and surroundings of a real court. The Moot Court Association here at UPES has always been keen to inculcate the seed of mooting in students from the very initial years of their law school journey.
