NOVICE MOOT COURT COMPETITION
The Moot Court Committee is elated to announce that IV Novice Moot Court Competition is going to take place from 4th to 6th February, 2017.
This Competition is open for all 1st-year students of College of Legal Studies and would also consider participation of 2nd year B.tech LLB students.

Moot Court is an academic exercise which gives the exposure to all the participants of the practical application of law in a law school. It is a competition in which participants argue fictional cases for developing their skills as a lawyer and knowledge of law.
The registration of this competition is divided into two parts, part one being the online registration (the link is provided in the rules attached below) and, the second part of being the manual registration on the desk, placed outside the COLS academic block.
The competition is being organized to introduce and develop the essential mooting skills among all the freshers. The Moot Problem of this competition is based on fundamentals of contract and other subsidiary laws.
