XIII UPES INTERNAL MOOT COURT COMPETITION, 2018

Moot Court Association (MCA) is pleased to announce the initiation of the XIII UPES Internal Moot Court Competition, 2018.

It may be noted that it is compulsory to participate in the Internal Moot Court Competition to be eligible to participate in External Moot Court Competitions. No further challengers will be conducted for allotment of any moot till the next Internal Moot Court Competition, barring exceptional circumstances, to be decided at the discretion of MCA. To understand the allotment process for external moots kindly refer to allotment rules for 2018-19.

The Competition is open for all the students of Second year to Final Year of B.A., LL.B. (Hons.),  B.B.A.LL.B. (Hons.), B.Com., LL.B.(Hons.) and B.Tech., LL.B.(Hons.) from UPES School of Law.

This year Internal Moot Court Competition will be conducted into two parts - National Pool(team of 3) and International Pool(Individual participants). MCA encourages all interested students to participate in this edition of Moot Court Competition. MCA has released the suggestive list of external National Pool Moot List and International Pool Moot List for the convenience of participants.

Note: Interested students can apply only for one pool among the two. Registration can be done only through submitting google registration form.

The oral rounds for this edition have been scheduled from 31st August, 2018 to 2nd September, 2018. Detail for which is mentioned below.
