MEMORIAL SELECTION: XIII INTERNAL MOOT COURT COMPETITION 2018

Dear Students,

Moot Court Association understands the hard work that goes in preparation of memorial and Organising Committee persistently tries in promoting the spirit of mooting and giving everyone a chance to represent our college at National and International Moot Court Competitions.

This notification is to inform everyone that as per the directions from theProf. (Dr.) Tabrez Ahmad, Dean, UPES School of Law and Chairman, MCA, it is decided that Memorial Selection Round will be held in order to acknowledge the efforts and at the same time to give fair chance to all participants to qualify for oral rounds.

However, to appreciate the discipline and punctuality of the participants who submitted on time, it is decided that there will be a deduction of 2 (TWO) marks for every 30 minutes delay.

Thereafter the Memorials will be evaluated on the basis of their quality, content & plagiarism and only 70 teams will be allowed to appear for Oral Rounds.
The submission of memorial for the students who submitted their soft copy late will be taken tomorrow (24.08.2018) between 2:45pm to 4:00 pm with no request for a further extension. For venue please check the moot blog at 01:00 pm tomorrow.


Note:-Hard copy of only those students will be accepted who have already sent their soft copy.

Dear students,  The most crucial part of any kind of event is its workforce, and we invite applications from the students, from Year 2 - Year 4 from the School of Law, for a variety of internal portfolios in the Moot Court Association, for the academic year 2024-2025.
