XIV INTERNAL MOOT COURT COMPETITION, 2019

Moot Court Association (MCA) is pleased to announce the initiation of the XIV UPES Internal Moot Court Competition, 2019.

It may be noted that it is compulsory to participate in the Internal Moot Court Competition to be eligible to participate in External Moot Court Competitions. No further challengers will be conducted for allotment of any moot till the next Internal Moot Court Competition, barring exceptional circumstances, to be decided at the discretion of MCA. To understand the allotment process for external moots kindly refer to allotment rules for 2019-20.

Competition is open for all the students of the Second year to Final Year of B.A., LL.B. (Hons.),  B.B.A.LL.B. (Hons.), B.Com., LL.B.(Hons.) and B.Tech., LL.B.(Hons.) from UPES School of Law.

This year Internal Moot Court Competition will be conducted into two parts - National Pool (team of 3) and International Pool (Individual participants). MCA encourages all interested students to participate in this edition of Moot Court Competition.

NoteInterested students can apply only to one pool among the two. Registration can be done only by submitting a google registration form.

The oral rounds for this edition have been scheduled from 30th August 2019 to 2nd September 2019. Detail for which is mentioned below.

* No late submission will be allowed in any circumstance. Late submission means disqualification.

Note: MCA reserves the right to alter the rules of the competition, in case the same is warranted by circumstances. Any such alteration will be put up on the notice board at a reasonable time prior to the competition.
