XV INTERNAL MOOT COURT COMPETITION, 2020 (ALLOTMENT FORM)

 Dear Participants,

Greetings from Moot Court Association!

As per the Allotment Rules 2020 - 2021, each participant can participate in a National Moot twice a year. The first allotment will be formulated on the basis of the below-attached form. And subsequent i.e. second allotment will be formulated as per the moot blog notifications.

 For the purpose of allotment of moot each team has to fill the form attached below. It is mandatory for all the teams to fill this form.


Internal Moot Allotment Form

Please note the following rules regarding the allotment of moot (National Pool):

  1. The students will have to form the team on their own according to the ranks and compatibility with other participants. However, winning team of the XV Internal Moot Court Competition, 2020 will be given preference in their First & Second allotment in allotting the moot court competition. And runner up team of XV Internal Moot Court Competition, 2020 will be given preference in their First allotment only irrespective of their individual rank. The above mentioned rule will be applicable only if the same team with same combination shows interest in any National Moot Court Competition
  2. Teams shall apply for National Moot on the basis of their 'Average Team Rank'. [Average Team Rank =  (Rank of Speaker 1 + Rank of Speaker 2 + Rank of Researcher 1)/3].
  3. Teams are allowed to change the members of the team.
  4. Teams are allowed to give only 4 preference for National Moot in the form.
Teams have to fill this form latest by 17.10.2020 (11:59 pm)

*NOTE: Although teams who do not get any moot after the final allotment is done (based on the receipt of Internal Moot Allotment Form)  will be allowed to apply for any moot which will be posted on Moot Blog in the future, yet it is mandatory for all the teams to fill this form.

Dear students,  The most crucial part of any kind of event is its workforce, and we invite applications from the students, from Year 2 - Year 4 from the School of Law, for a variety of internal portfolios in the Moot Court Association, for the academic year 2024-2025.
