Dear All,

Mooting is a unique experience that tests your knowledge and dares you to think on your feet. Moot Court Association (MCA) is always looking for fresh challenges, and novel avenues for research. The MCA at the School of Law is very pleased to announce the initiation of the procedure for the VIII Novice Moot Court Competition, 2021 (NMCC).

 

PARTICIPATION

The VIII NMCC is open to all 1 st year students for all specializations of B.A. LL.B, B.B.A. LL.B, B.COM LL.B, B.Sc LLB (Hons) and 2 nd year B.Tech LLB (Hons).

Caution: Any delay in the registration procedure or disruption with the registration formalities or partially disruption after the expiry of the scheduled dates of registration, WILL BE TERMED AS NO REGISTRATION, therefore, no claim subsists for the teams thereafter.

 

We urge you to be on the field and to learn the experience of mooting.

Please note that the MCA reserves the right to alter the rules of the competition, in case the same are warranted by circumstances. Any such alteration will be put up on the notice board at a reasonable time prior to the competition.

Dear students,  The most crucial part of any kind of event is its workforce, and we invite applications from the students, from Year 2 - Year 4 from the School of Law, for a variety of internal portfolios in the Moot Court Association, for the academic year 2024-2025.
