XVI INTERNAL MOOT COURT COMPETITION, 2021


 

 

Moot Court Association (MCA) is pleased to announce the initiation of the XVI Internal Moot Court Competition, 2021.

It may be noted that it is compulsory to participate in the Internal Moot Court Competition to be eligible to participate in External Moot Court Competitions. No further challengers will be conducted for allotment of any moot till the next Internal Moot Court Competition, barring exceptional circumstances, to be decided at the discretion of MCA. To understand the allotment process for external moots kindly refer to allotment rules for 2021-22.

The Competition is open for all the students of Second year to Final Year of B.A., LL.B. (Hons.),  B.B.A.LL.B. (Hons.), B.Com., LL.B.(Hons.), B.SC. LLB., and B.Tech., LL.B.(Hons.) from UPES School of Law.

Note: Registration can be done only through submitting google registration form.

The oral rounds for this edition have been scheduled from 23rd October 2021 to 31st October 2021. Detail for which is mentioned below.

Note: MCA reserves the right to alter the rules of the competition, in case the same are warranted by circumstances. Any such alteration will be put up on the UPES Mooting Blog at a reasonable time prior to the competition.
