NOTICE: SESSION ON MEMORIAL PREPARATION

Dear Participants, 

A memorial is the fundamental basis upon which a Moot Proposition is argued.


A great memorial means that a team already has a working advantage over their opponents.


Keeping this in mind, the Moot Court Association brings to you a session on Memorial Making, pursuant to the much awaited IX Novice Moot Court Competition, 2022!


Do join us today, 11th March, 2022 at 4 PM in the SoL Auditorium.

Greetings from the Moot Court Committee, UPES!! Mooting, the skill of compelling argumentation, creates an opportunity to cultivate our innate legal intellect. It serves as a portal through which students can fully immerse themselves in the environment of ethical considerations and protocols of a real courtroom. Dear students,  The most crucial part of any kind of event is its workforce, and we invite applications from the students, from Year 2 - Year 4 from the School of Law, for a variety of internal portfolios in the Moot Court Association, for the academic year 2024-2025.
