NOTICE: TEAM BLACKLISTED FOR BACKING OUT FROM IX NOVICE MOOT COURT COMPETITION, 2022

 Dear Participants,

This is to bring to your notice that the Team Code 10 for IX Novice Moot Court Competition, 2022 consisting of the following students: 

1. Anuj Prakash, BA LLB, 1st year

2. Kamalnayani Sheolikar, BA LLB, 1st year

3. Sukhpreet Singh, BA LLB, 1st year

Have been BLACKLISTED for 6 months by the Moot Court Association, UPES for backing out from the competition after submission of memorial.  Therefore, the team is disqualified from participating in any moot court competition for this time period.

It serves as a portal through which students can fully immerse themselves in the environment of ethical considerations and protocols of a real courtroom. Dear students,  The most crucial part of any kind of event is its workforce, and we invite applications from the students, from Year 2 - Year 4 from the School of Law, for a variety of internal portfolios in the Moot Court Association, for the academic year 2024-2025.
