XVII INTERNAL MOOT COURT COMPETITION, 2022

 


Moot Court Association (MCA) is pleased to announce the initiation of the “XVII INTERNAL MOOT COURT COMPETITION, 2022”.

Dear All,

Mooting is an exhilarating experience, that lets us all channel our inner advocates. Mooting is the only means that lets a law student experience the mannerisms, ethics, and surroundings of a real court. Moot Court Association here at UPES has always been keen to inculcate the seed of mooting in students from the very initial year of their law school journey. The Moot court association is delighted to announce the “XVII INTERNAL MOOT COURT COMPETITION, 2022”.

It may be noted that it is compulsory to participate in the Internal Moot Court Competition to be eligible to participate in External Moot Court Competitions. No further challengers will be conducted for allotment of any moot till the next Internal Moot Court Competition, barring exceptional circumstances, to be decided at the discretion of MCA. To understand the allotment process for external moots kindly refer to allotment rules for 2022-23.

 

PARTICIPATION

The Competition is open for all the students of Second year to Final Year of B.A.LL.B.(Hons.), B.B.A.LL.B.(Hons.),B.Com.LL.B.(Hons.),B.SC.LL.B. and 3 year LL.B ; and 3rd year onwards for B.Tech.LL.B.(Hons.) from UPES School of Law.

 

NOTE:

Registration can be done only through submitting google registration form.

 

The oral rounds for this edition have been scheduled from 27th August 2022 to 29th August 2022. Details for which are mentioned below.
