INFORMATION REGARDING MEMORIAL SUBMISSION: XVII INTERNAL MOOT COURT COMPETITION, 2022

 

Memorial Submission Guidelines



Dear participants,

Greetings,

The teams are required to submit their memorial in the form of a soft copy on the 15th of August.

 

Soft Copy Memorial Submission.

·      The students are required to submit the soft copy of their memorials of the petitioner and respondent latest by August 15th, 11:59 pm (IST).

·      The memorial shall be submitted through the memorial submission link

MEMORIAL SUBMISSION LINK

·      Participants have to submit both memorials together in a ZIP folder.

·      In the Soft copy submission, the ZIP folder should be named as the Researcher of the team.

(For ex- If the Name of the Researcher is X, then the files' names should be X.zip)

·      In the ZIP folder, both memorials will be in PDF format. The name of the PDF files will be "Name of Researcher-P/R" (P if Petitioner, R if Respondent).

·      The Compendium, if any, shall not be uploaded along with the memorial through the form. The researcher of the team can submit it directly to the judges during the rounds.

·      The Guidelines Regarding the Submission of the Hard Copy of Memorial shall be issued after the Memorial Screening Round.

·      The Teams shall be penalized for the late submission of the memorial. 

Note- Teams can submit their memorial by August 16th, 3:00 am but shall be penalized with a deduction of 5 points per hour if submitted after 11:59 pm. Memorial after 3:00 am won’t be accepted.

·      Memorial Submitted through the above-mentioned form shall only be accepted.

·      In case any team makes multiple submissions of memorials, memorials Submitted at first shall only be accepted.


Note- No further extension shall be given to the teams for the memorial submission.
