CALL FOR APPLICATIONS:DUMMY TEAM FOR 13th UPES – Dr. Paras Diwan Memorial International Energy Law Moot Court competition, 2023

 

Dear Students,

Greetings from Moot Court Association

The Moot Court Association of our University is organizing 13th UPES – Dr. Paras Diwan Memorial International Energy Law Moot Court competition, 2023 which is scheduled from February 10th-13th, 2023 in a hybrid format.

This year's moot proposition is drafted by Dr. Mayank Mishra, Assistant Professor at School of Law, UPES and a legal academician with proven experience in litigation, with not just deep theoretical understanding of subjects but also well versed with the practical implementation of laws.  He has thorough knowledge about the field of energy laws and the more niche areas you'd only expect an expert to know.

In this regard, we are inviting a dummy team to participate in the said Competition. We encourage 2nd and 3rd-year students specifically to participate as it will provide an exciting experience to witness how teams perform in coveted national moots. Teams from some of the top law colleges in the country are participating in the said competition.

NOTE: The last date to apply for the same is 7th January,2022 before (11.59 pm).

THE DUMMY TEAM SHALL RECEIVE A PARTICIPATION CERTIFICATE FOR THE SAME.

Dear students,  The most crucial part of any kind of event is its workforce, and we invite applications from the students, from Year 2 - Year 4 from the School of Law, for a variety of internal portfolios in the Moot Court Association, for the academic year 2024-2025.
