Call for applications for Dummy Team: VI Surana & Surana and UPES School of Law National Insolvency Law Moot Court Competition, 2023

Dear Students,

Greetings from Moot Court Association!

The Moot Court Association of our University is organizing the VI Surana and Surana and UPES School of Law, National Insolvency Law Moot Court Competition, 2023 which is scheduled from 18th - 20th August 2023 in an online format.

The moot proposition is drafted by a luminous bench of drafters-Mr. Rajeev Vidhani is a Partner at Khaitan & Co and is recognized as a Notable Practitioner in the field of Banking & Finance and Restructuring and Mr. Ashwij Ramaiah is a Principal Associate at Khaitan & Co and a recognized expert in Insolvency Laws.

In this regard, we are inviting a dummy team to participate in the said Competition. We encourage 2nd and 3rd-year students specifically to participate as it will provide an exciting experience to witness how teams perform in coveted national moots. Teams from some of the top law colleges in the country are participating in the said competition.

Dear students,  The most crucial part of any kind of event is its workforce, and we invite applications from the students, from Year 2 - Year 4 from the School of Law, for a variety of internal portfolios in the Moot Court Association, for the academic year 2024-2025.
