Greetings from the Moot Court Association of UPES, School of Law!!

With immense pride and gratification, we extend a warm invitation to your esteemed institution to participate in the VI Surana and Surana and UPES School of Law, National Insolvency Law Moot Court Competition, 2023.

Hosted annually by UPES in collaboration with Surana and Surana International Attorneys, this prestigious competition serves as a platform for the discussion and exploration of developing jurisprudence on emerging trends in Insolvency Law. Our goal is to foster an environment that nurtures cutting-edge research, writing, and advocacy skills while providing valuable opportunities to participants.

Continuing our tradition, the 6th edition of the National Insolvency Law Moot Court Competition will be online from 18th to 20th August 2023. The moot proposition for this year has been expertly drafted by Mr. Rajeev Vidhani is a Partner at Khaitan & Co and is recognized as a Notable Practitioner in the field of Banking & Finance and Restructuring and Mr. Ashwij Ramaiah is a Principal Associate at Khaitan & Co and a recognized expert in Insolvency Laws.

The teams will have to register themselves at www.moot.in.

Kindly complete all the registration formalities stated in the Official Rules of the moot on or before 8th August 2023 (11:59 P.M. IST). Any clarification(s) to the moot problem shall be sought by sending mail to  mootcourt@ddn.upes.ac.in.

Dear students,  The most crucial part of any kind of event is its workforce, and we invite applications from the students, from Year 2 - Year 4 from the School of Law, for a variety of internal portfolios in the Moot Court Association, for the academic year 2024-2025.
