The Moot Court Association (MCA) is pleased to announce the initiation of

'XI Novice Moot Court Competition, 2023'

 

Greetings from the Moot Court Association!

Mooting, the art of persuasive advocacy, provides a platform to harness our inner legal minds. It serves as a gateway for law students to immerse themselves in the ambience, ethics, and procedures of a real courtroom. The Moot Court Association at UPES is committed to sowing the seeds of mooting from the very outset of each student's legal education journey. With immense pleasure, we announce the “XI Novice Moot Court Competition, 2023”.

PARTICIPATION:

The XI NMCC 2023 is open to all 1st-year students for all students who are presently pursuing their first year of study at the UPES, School of Law. This will include students from the 5 Years Integrated undergraduate courses as well as the 3 Year LLB students.

PROPOSITION: 

Understand the core of the competition by examining the details presented in the XI NMCC 2023 Moot Proposition.

SPEAKERS & RESEARCHERS RANKS | XVIII INTERNAL MOOT COURT COMPETITION, 2023.

Dear Participants, Greetings from the Moot Court Association!! The wait is finally over, we are delighted to announce the ranks of  XVIII Internal Moot Court Competition, 2023 . External Moot Court Competitions shall be allotted only through Internal Ranks/ Challenger Round abiding with the rules mentioned in Allotment and Mentorship Rules 2024. No allotments shall be made based on Average CGPA.  These ranks will be effective from XVIII Internal Moot Court Competition, 2023 till XIX Internal Moot Court Competitions, 2024.  NOTE: 1.      The detailed committee preference leaflet will be released soon. 2.      The Moot Court Association is releasing the ranks of Top 100 Speakers and Top 50 Researchers; hence the remaining applicants are requested to fill the form only with their names.
