CALL FOR APPLICATIONS : 3rd Trial Advocacy Competition .

Dear Students,

Amity Law School,Noida is organizing 3rd Trial Advocacy Competition .

Apply At: MOOT ALLOTMENT FORM  by 14th  December 2023 (12 AM).

Procedure for Allotment: Allotments shall be based solely on the “Average XVIII Internal Moot Rank.”

NOTE: A particular moot will be allotted to intra-participants on first preference and if no one appears for the same, the window is open for all on a first come first basis i.e., it will also include the students who did not participate in the XVIII Internal Moot Court Competition, 2023.

Kindly apply after having perused the rules and moot proposition of the competition.

NOTE: Once the moot is allotted, the team must adhere to the following guidelines.

1.  For tier 2 moots and below faculty for mentoring will only be allotted based on availability.

2. The team must submit their final memorials to MCA at least five days before the final submission to the Host university/College.

3. The teams will be blacklisted and will not be allowed to participate in the moot court competition if they do not take prior approval from the mentor allotted to them as per Clause 4 of the Allotment and Mentoring Rules 2023-2024.

In case of any query, contact team MCA but kindly do not upload wrong information; the application shall be rejected outright if any discrepancy is found.

NOTE: No application shall be considered if they are put from the personal id, only student id email responses will be considered.
