Get the chance to participate in Foreign Direct Investment International Arbitration Moot.

Topic :

The FDI Moot has become the premier investor-state arbitration Moot. Investor-State arbitration (ISA) remains the most effective remedy for foreign investors to ensure that host States do not discriminate against them, treat them fairly, and with due process, and that host States keep their promises to foreign investors.

Timing:

The FDI Moot Global Rounds are in first week of November. Global teams submit claimant and Respondent memorials in September. There are mixed qualifying/financing rounds for Africa, Asia Pacific, and South Asia in August, in some cases preceded by National Rounds (China, Egypt, Vietnam). Apply At: MOOT ALLOTMENT FORM  by 30th January 2024 (12 AM).

Procedure for Allotment: Allotments shall be based solely on the “Average XVIII Internal Moot Rank.”

Dear students,  The most crucial part of any kind of event is its workforce, and we invite applications from the students, from Year 2 - Year 4 from the School of Law, for a variety of internal portfolios in the Moot Court Association, for the academic year 2024-2025.
