Greetings from the Moot Court Committee, UPES!!

Mooting, the skill of compelling argumentation, creates an opportunity to cultivate our innate legal intellect. It serves as a portal through which students can fully immerse themselves in the environment of ethical considerations and protocols of a real courtroom. The Moot Court Committee firmly commits to instill the foundation of mooting right from the outset of each student’s legal education journey. MCC delightfully introduces to you;

XIX INTERNAL MOOT COURT COMPETITION, 2024

The Competition is open to all the law students of UPES, from II  year to Final year, pursuing 5-year integrated BA LLB, BBA LLB, BCom LLB; 3-year LLB and BTech LLB (III year onwards). The students necessarily need to participate in the Internal Moot Court Competition to be able to participate in the External Competitions. Failing which, the student shall be considered in-eligible to participate in any External Competitions.

NOTE: Registration can be done only through submitting Google Registration Form provided in the link below. The oral rounds for this edition have been scheduled from 19th September 2024 to 22nd  September 2024.

Dear Students! Greetings from the Moot Court Committee!!! Wait is now over! We are inviting applications for 24th Henry Dunant Memorial Moot Court Competition on International Humanitarian Law (IHL) . The Moot Court’s primary objective has been to continue developing an increased awareness and interest in IHL in academic institutions in India. Additionally, it aims to use IHL to further academic excellence among the student community and to develop their advocacy skills in an environment of friendly competition. Pre-Allotment of Moot Court Competitions | XIX Internal Moot Court Competition 2024

  Greetings from the Moot Court Committee, School of Law, UPES! We are pleased to inform all participants of the XIX Internal Moot Court Competition 2024 that the list of moots allotted to the Top 100 Speakers and Top 50 Researchers has been released, based on the preferences submitted in the Moot Preference Form. We request all participants to review the list and begin preparing for their allotted external competitions. PRE-ALLOTMENT LIST Note: Please keep track of the release dates for your assigned competitions. If you wish to withdraw from any competition, kindly inform the Moot Court Committee at least one month prior to the scheduled competition date by emailing the official Moot Court ID at mootcourt@ddn.upes.ac.in. For teams or participants who did not submit their preference forms, allotments will be based on moot blawg posts.
