Dear Students! Greetings from the Moot Court Committee!!! Wait is now over! We are inviting applications for 24th Henry Dunant Memorial Moot Court Competition on International Humanitarian Law (IHL) . The Moot Court’s primary objective has been to continue developing an increased awareness and interest in IHL in academic institutions in India. Additionally, it aims to use IHL to further academic excellence among the student community and to develop their advocacy skills in an environment of friendly competition. It serves as a portal through which students can fully immerse themselves in the environment of ethical considerations and protocols of a real courtroom. The Moot Court Committee firmly commits to instill the foundation of mooting right from the outset of each student’s legal education journey. MCC delightfully introduces to you; XIX INTERNAL MOOT COURT COMPETITION, 2024 The Competition is open to all the law students of UPES, from II    year to Final year, pursuing 5-year integrated BA LLB, BBA LLB, BCom LLB; 3-year LLB and BTech LLB (III year onwards).
