Call for Applications | 30th Annual Stetson International Environmental Moot Court International (For 2 Researchers)
Dear Students,
Greetings
from the Moot Court Committee!
We
are pleased to announce the call for applications for two positions for
the 30th Annual Stetson International Environmental Moot Court
International, organized by Stetson University College of Law, Florida,
USA.
The
30th Annual Stetson International Environmental Moot Court Competition
(IEMCC), organized by the Stetson University College of Law, Florida,
USA, is the world’s largest and most prestigious moot court dedicated to
issues of international environmental law. The competition brings together
students from across the globe to engage in advanced research, legal analysis,
and oral advocacy on cutting-edge environmental challenges with transnational
implications. Structured in two stages, teams first compete in Regional
Rounds hosted by universities worldwide, with the top teams advancing to
the International Finals held at Stetson University, Florida. The
competition not only tests advocacy and research skills but also fosters
cross-cultural academic exchange and dialogue on pressing global environmental
concerns.
We
are looking to select 2 students as researchers to join the team, who
have preferably prior experience in international or national moots, either as
a speaker or researcher. This is a unique opportunity for students with proven
commitment and exposure to mooting to contribute meaningfully and represent the
university in the Regional Rounds. Please note that the International
Rounds team composition mandates three members, and therefore, the selected
researchers will be part of the team only up to the Regional Rounds.
Interested
and eligible students may apply by filling out the following form: [FORM], no later than October 06, 2025,
midnight.
For
any queries, feel free to reach out to the Moot Court Committee.
Warm
regards,
Moot Court Committee
School of Law, UPES
