NOTICE INVITING APPLICATION FOR MOOT COURT ASSOCIATION 2016-2017


This is to inform you that applications are invited for the key positions in the Moot Court Association for the academic year 2016-2017 from all batches of LAW [B.A. LL.B., B.B.A. LL.B., B.TECH. LL.B. & B.COM. LL.B]. Positions and qualifications for such posts are as under:

MINIMUM AND COMPULSORY QUALIFICATION

                                       • Should be from 3rd Year.
                                       • Minimum CGPA. 2.67
                                       • Member of any committee for at least 1 year
                                       • Participation in at least 2 National/International Moot Court                                                                   Competition / Client Counseling / Trial Advocacy / Mediation                                                               Competition
                                       • Must have good academic record.
                                       • Must not have been subjected to any disciplinary proceeding

4. Joint-secretary
5. Deputy-treasurer

Interested students are required to mail their CV to mrana@ddn.upes.ac.in marking CC to ksalim@ddn.upes.ac.in and mootcourt@ddn.upes.ac.in. Further the students are to report in Room No. 2112 for an interview session.

Last date of submission of CV: 16th May, 2016- Monday, before 1:00 P.M
Date of Interview: 16th May, 2016-Monday.
Timings: 3rd Year- 1:00-2:00 P.M
   2nd Year-5:00-6:00 P.M
Venue: 2112- College of Legal Studies, 1st floor, Meeting Room.

SPEAKERS & RESEARCHERS RANKS | XVIII INTERNAL MOOT COURT COMPETITION, 2023.

Dear Participants, Greetings from the Moot Court Association!! The wait is finally over, we are delighted to announce the ranks of  XVIII Internal Moot Court Competition, 2023 . External Moot Court Competitions shall be allotted only through Internal Ranks/ Challenger Round abiding with the rules mentioned in Allotment and Mentorship Rules 2024. No allotments shall be made based on Average CGPA.  These ranks will be effective from XVIII Internal Moot Court Competition, 2023 till XIX Internal Moot Court Competitions, 2024.  NOTE: 1.      The detailed committee preference leaflet will be released soon. 2.      The Moot Court Association is releasing the ranks of Top 100 Speakers and Top 50 Researchers; hence the remaining applicants are requested to fill the form only with their names.
