Following Clarifications For the participants:
1.       Jurisdiction of the Supreme Court in this matter under Art 136 is to be argued by the participants. The matter is only admitted on prima facie basis.

2.       The matter is Khaleesi & Sons v. Laos & Ramsay Balton (since Ramsay is a proper party)

Greetings from the Moot Court Committee!!! Registrations are invited for the 22 nd  K.K. Luthra Memorial Moot Court, 2026, organized by the Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, Delhi. Apply at:  MOOT ALLOTMENT FORM    by May 20, 2025.
