Trial Advocacy Allotment 2017

Moot Court Association is Organizing common and open challengers for upcoming trial Advocacy:

1. Surana and surana
2. Pravin Ghandi trial Advocacy
3. KLE trial Advocay
The challenger will be conducted on a common moot Problem and then teams will be allotted ranks and the above mentioned competition will be allotted respectively in the same ranking.

General Instructions:

a. Teams are required to prepare only from the side of prosecution. The rounds will start with the opening statement.
b. Teams are required to prepare for examination of one witness of their own choice(the witness should be either investigating officer or medical officer, whoever is more important ) from the prosecution side listed in the proposition. (The member should not belong to the same team).
c. After examination, the team will be required to cross examine one witness provided by MCA. The name of the witness to be cross examined will be informed to the team prior starting of the round.
d. At the end team is required to give the closing statement of maximum 3 minutes.

In total at team will get 20 minutes. The team can allocate the timing accordingly.
