APPLICATION FOR ALLOTMENT OF MOOTS

Dear participants of the XII Intra Moot Court Competition, call for application for allotment of the following moots:

  • GNLU International Moot Court Competition (GIMC 2018)
Details of the moot can be accessed at http://www.gnlu.ac.in/GIMC/index.php

For the purposes of the aforementioned moot applications are invited from individuals who have participated in either the International Pool or the National Pool, as either a Speaker or a Researcher and secured a 'rank'.

Only individual applications are solicited and not team applications. Allotment would be on the sole basis of best individual rank.

  • 7th FYLC-RANKA National Moot Court Competition 2017

For the purposes of the aforementioned moot applications are invited from individuals who have participated in the National Pool, as either a Speaker or a Researcher and secured a 'rank'.

Only individual applications are solicited and not team applications. Allotment would be on the sole basis of best individual rank.

  • Amity International Moot Court Competition 2017, 3rd Paperless Moot

For the purposes of the aforementioned moot applications are invited from individuals who have participated in either the International Pool or the National Pool, as either a Speaker or a Researcher and secured a 'rank'.

Only individual applications are solicited and not team applications. Allotment would be on the sole basis of best individual rank.

For all the aforementioned moots, interested individuals are requested to please send in an email to mca.upes@gmail.com, with the body of the email as:- Application as 'Speaker/Researcher' for allotment of the 'name of the moot court competition'; stating your full name, course details, and individual rank as a researcher in the intra moot court competition in the body of the email. One may apply, through one email only, for more than one of the aforementioned competitions, but you are requested to segregate the same in order of your preference, Eg. 1st Choice- Moot 'A'; 2nd Choice- Moot 'B'; etc.

It is important that you most positively mention the correct and complete name of the competition.

The last date for sending applications for allotment of any of the aforementioned moots is 11:59 a.m., 17th September, 2017. Applications received after the deadline shall be rejected outright.

 Please read the Moot Court Association (Participation and Allotment in Moot Court Competition) Rules, 2017, before applying.

SPEAKERS & RESEARCHERS RANKS | XVIII INTERNAL MOOT COURT COMPETITION, 2023.

Dear Participants, Greetings from the Moot Court Association!! The wait is finally over, we are delighted to announce the ranks of  XVIII Internal Moot Court Competition, 2023 . External Moot Court Competitions shall be allotted only through Internal Ranks/ Challenger Round abiding with the rules mentioned in Allotment and Mentorship Rules 2024. No allotments shall be made based on Average CGPA.  These ranks will be effective from XVIII Internal Moot Court Competition, 2023 till XIX Internal Moot Court Competitions, 2024.  NOTE: 1.      The detailed committee preference leaflet will be released soon. 2.      The Moot Court Association is releasing the ranks of Top 100 Speakers and Top 50 Researchers; hence the remaining applicants are requested to fill the form only with their names.
