CALL FOR APPLICATION: THE FLETCHER MOOT, 2020

Dear Students,

INSOL International and the International Insolvency Institute is organizing  the Lan Fletcher International Insolvency Law Moot Competition (the Fletcher Moot), the oral rounds for which will take place on 7- 9 February 2020 in London.


APPLY AT : Moot Allotment Form , latest by October,03 2019 (11:59 pm).

PROCEDURE FOR ALLOTMENT: Participation will be in a team. Subsequent to the receipt of applications, MCA reserves all right in regard to deciding the allotment of moot.

In case of any query, contact team MCA but kindly do not upload wrong information; for the application shall be rejected outright, if any discrepancy is found.

SPEAKERS & RESEARCHERS RANKS | XVIII INTERNAL MOOT COURT COMPETITION, 2023.

Dear Participants, Greetings from the Moot Court Association!! The wait is finally over, we are delighted to announce the ranks of  XVIII Internal Moot Court Competition, 2023 . External Moot Court Competitions shall be allotted only through Internal Ranks/ Challenger Round abiding with the rules mentioned in Allotment and Mentorship Rules 2024. No allotments shall be made based on Average CGPA.  These ranks will be effective from XVIII Internal Moot Court Competition, 2023 till XIX Internal Moot Court Competitions, 2024.  NOTE: 1.      The detailed committee preference leaflet will be released soon. 2.      The Moot Court Association is releasing the ranks of Top 100 Speakers and Top 50 Researchers; hence the remaining applicants are requested to fill the form only with their names.
