Call for Challengers: The Herbert Smith Freehills Competition Law Moot, King's College London, 2021
Dear Students,
We are looking forward to invite application in order to select the team which could represent School of Law, UPES at The Herbert Smith Freehills Competition Law Moot, 2021.
APPLY AT: Moot Allotment Form, latest by December 14, 2020(11:59 pm).
PROCEDURE FOR ALLOTMENT: Participation will be individual and not in a team. The participants shall argue upon a moot proposition which will be provided by MCA and the participants are also required to submit a skeleton memorial not exceeding 1500 words as well.
Subsequent to the result of Challengers, 1 team shall be selected to represent the university at The Herbert Smith Freehills Competition Law Moot, 2021.
The proposition for Challenger Rounds along with any further change shall be communicated to the participants.
