INFORMATION REGARDING MEMORIAL SUBMISSION: IX NOVICE MOOT COURT COMPETITION, 2022

Dear participants,


Greetings, 


The teams are required to submit their memorial in the form of a soft copy on March 18, 2022 and in the form of a hard copy on March 22, 202

Soft Copy Memorial Submission.

• The participants are required to submit the soft copy of their memorials, latest by 4:00 p.m. March 18, 2022. Submissions made after 4:00 pm will result in a deduction of 5 marks for every half an hour.

• The memorials shall be submitted through the below link:

MEMORIAL SUBMISSION FORM 

• Participants have to submit both memorials together in a ZIP folder.

•  The ZIP folder should be named according to name of the Speaker 1 of the team.

(For ex- If the Name of the speaker 1 is X, then the zip folder should be named as X.zip)

• In the ZIP folder, both memorials will be in PDF format. The name of the PDF files will be "Name of Speaker-P/R" (P if Petitioner, R if Respondent).

• The Compendium, if any, shall not be uploaded along with the memorial through the form. The  team can submit to the judges during the rounds. 

Hard Copy Memorial Submission.

• The particpants are required to submit their memorials in hard copy on March 22nd in Room 2111 (First floor) at 4 o’clock.

• Each team is required to submit 6 copy plaintiff’s memorial and 6 copy of defendant’s memorial. 

• All the teams are required to report to room on the time. 

• The team code will be provided on the day of the hard copy submission. 


No further extension shall be given to the teams for the memorial submission.


(Note- The teams who won’t be submitting their memorial in soft copies their hard copies of memorials also won’t be accepted.)
