Greetings from the Moot Court Association!

Wait is now over! We are inviting applications for  The William C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court Competition, 2025.

The Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot is a competition for law students to foster the study and practice of international commercial sales law and arbitration. Students from all countries are eligible (students from 88 countries participated in the 30th Vis Moot). The Moot involves a dispute arising out of a contract of sale between two countries that are party to the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

For guidance on sponsorship the interested students can write a mail at mootcourt@ddn.upes.ac.in

The interested students can fill the form at MOOT ALLOTMENT FORM  by 15th July 2024 (12 AM).

Note: The applicapplicationations is open for all students from 1st year to 5th year.

It serves as a portal through which students can fully immerse themselves in the environment of ethical considerations and protocols of a real courtroom. Dear students,  The most crucial part of any kind of event is its workforce, and we invite applications from the students, from Year 2 - Year 4 from the School of Law, for a variety of internal portfolios in the Moot Court Association, for the academic year 2024-2025.
