Individual Form - XVI INTERNAL MOOT COURT COMPETITION, 2021

 Dear All,

 

Mooting is an exhilarating experience, that makes us all channel our inner advocates. Mooting is the only means that lets a law student experience the mannerisms, ethics, and surroundings of a real court. And Moot Court Association here at UPES has always been keen to inculcate the seed of mooting in students from the very initial years of their law school journey.

 

One such initiative taken by the MCA, this year is to form a list where all of those who don’t have a team but still are interested in participating in the coming XVI INTERNAL MOOT COURT COMPETITION, 2021 can form a team among themselves and have a wonderful mooting experience.

So, if you are eager to be a participant in this year’s competition and still can’t find a proper team composition, please fill the requisites in the form attached below.

 

 Once, we receive the desired number of applications, we’ll circulate the list. And the interested participants can coordinate with each other and form a team. Team selection will be an independent choice of the participants, with the MCA not being a party to the same.. The reason behind this strategy is to let everyone have a pleasant mooting experience without hindrances.

 

The last date for registering for the same is 1st October. The MCA will be releasing the list by 2nd October.

Dear students,  The most crucial part of any kind of event is its workforce, and we invite applications from the students, from Year 2 - Year 4 from the School of Law, for a variety of internal portfolios in the Moot Court Association, for the academic year 2024-2025.
