The research team at the  Moot Court Association (MCA)  is always looking for fresh challenges, and novel avenues for research. The  MCA  at the School of Law is very pleased to announce the initiation of the procedure for the UPES Intra Trial Advocacy Competition, 2017 . It may be noted that it is compulsory to participate in the Intra Trial Advocacy Competition to be eligible to participate in any external Trial Advocacy Competitions. Greetings Everyone! We have received repeated queries regarding the allotment procedure and we have come to realize that there is a problem in perceiving the moot court allotment and procedure rules. To dispense with all the prevalent issues , There is a mandatory meeting scheduled on 25th September, between 3 to 5 in the CoLS Auditorium, and you are expected to be in attendance. All participants of the XIIth Intra Moot Court Competition , who have and have not formed a team yet should be present at the gathering , and we look forward to help clear all your relevant queries.
